A survey had been conducted in the state of Odisha titled Metrics and Indicators for Tracking in GRiSP  with the support of International Rice Research Institute, New Delhi. The survey was conducted in Bolangir, Kalahandi, Ganjam, Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, Puri, Cuttack, Kendrapada and Bhadrak District of Odisha State.  The survey covered 50 Tehsil, 100 villages and 600 farmers.

     Improved nutrition and health
     A list of villages had been provided by IRRI. The enumerators have moved to the villages b followed up the list
     After reaching the village enquired that whether the village is a rice grown village or not
     If the rice grown is below 50% or Nil than choose another village from the replaces list.
     If yes filled out the census questionnaire and list out 50 farmers name
     After listing out 50 farmers name the enumerators have provided 6 random numbers by the state coordinators. The household survey has been conducted against the 6 random numbers.
